To say it has been an eternity since Isla was able to enjoy herself properly when this season hits is an understatement, and now that the scales have swung so far in the opposite direction, she's keen to get her toes in the sand as soon as possible. And with Torchline so close to King's End (comparatively, anyway) she puts her heart and soul into cajoling Sunjata along with her at the first opportunity.
And now they're here and it's approaching midday, and it's on bare feet and with a loose white summer dress blowing about her knees that she strolls through the shallows where the sand meets the sea. Her eyes are closed and her hair has been swept into a high bun off the back of her neck; all the better to let the heat beat down onto her. With pale skin desperately in need of a tan, she relishes every freckle, and it isn't as though she can sunburn any more.
"I hope you're enjoying yourself in there," she calls towards the water, the smile audible in her voice.
