Her darker fingers trace over his palm for a brief moment as she takes the bracelet gently, emotion almost palpable. "Thank you daddy," she murmurs, never ashamed to use a phrase seemingly too young for her now. Slipping the bracelet on - and promising herself she'd never take it off - Soleil gives him a watery smile and leans forward to pull him into a hug. "It's beautiful." And no matter how small, it will remind her of home and family whenver she is away.
