Tentatively at first his ears perked up fully, tail wagging slightly on the green grass of the Shrine lawn. Then he was moving, running, pouncing to try and land on that thickly-furred chest, a bark of delight escaping as he shed his dignity and gave himself over to the unexpected celebration of the moment.
