She, like Koa, had sprinted towards the Spyglass, Tarak in tow, but where Koa thrummed with anticipation, the Luminary's entire being thundered with terror. Run away, the voice in the back of her mind whispered, and it was only the knowledge that it was her city being threatened that kept her on the path.
And when she skidded to a stop beside Koa, their shared history was momentarily forgotten, as she reached out to grab his arm, as much to steady herself as anything else. "What - what do we do?" she asked frantically, her eyes following the giant creature, flicking only momentarily to Koa's face. She may have been the leader, but in this, she would follow him completely.
