He picks his items and withdraws, flashing her a parting smile as he disappears into her bathroom, shedding out of the clothes that screamed the Climb and his Bloodlust, only to return shortly after looking like a new man – a freshly put together gentleman with a taller stature now, from feeling better of it.
“How have you found being an Ancient thus far?” He asks, continuing the conversation from where they’d last left off.
