Given how often Deimos invited anyone outside of his family and close friends (rarely, if ever) into his home, he wouldn’t begrudge any of them being secluded or reclusive. Were he not part of the political faction in Halo, he might’ve done the same – drifting amidst the shadows, rather than constantly out in the open. Preferences of being left alone infrequently occurred regardless, and so they forged onward, hellbent on other things.
