"I'm sorry for scarin' ya. I didn' think I'd run into anyone before I got the chance t'get a bath...do you have one at your place?" He was sure she probably did, but who knew how Outlander town folk did things? He'd heard some of the Outlanders speak of bathhouses and other such things. Raising a hand to dab a finger at his bloody nose, he looked at the bright red on his fingertip.
"I don' think Remi's dirty enough t'give me an infection...he nearly got me as a lion, that woulda be way worse."
