Ronin halted as a familiar voice called out to him - and then flickered, just for a second, especially as Jyoti swam closer. "Hello, Amalia," he smiled back... just as the real Ronin strolled up to stand beside his projection. He banished the other version of himself, a little embarrassed to be caught practicing, and reached out to fuss over the starwhale calf that had come to greet him.
"Other than enjoying the colours and the fact that it isn't scorching, I was training, if you'll believe it," he said. "Since coming back from the dead, I've apparently picked up a few new tricks. I was trying to see if I could make them more effective."
