The sensation of tickling on his skin was one Adam did not expect, and he laughed as he squirmed about, still climbing up. "That's gotta be cheating." He insisted, bounding back to his feet and beginning to run again, scrambling this time up onto a roof and walking carefully balanced on the central tiles, arms out and feet one after the other.

Hopefully, the height would stop Lucas' shadows from reaching him, and give him a chance to get up and away.
