Almost shyly, his love for Ronin filled him entirely, Remi shrugged helplessly. "I could not wait. He had a concussion and was worried about whether I would hold his hair back as he threw up and I just had to ask." Releasing Amalia to run a bashful hand through his curls, Remi could only laugh at himself.
"Not one of my finer moments, but he did say yes. He even said yes again in the morning when he could actually think clearly."
