In the ghoulish light of the ring he had gifted to Roana, in the flickering of a torch, they took a turn down an offshoot of one of the pathways. This place was as of yet unexplored, and Ronin was careful to thread rope behind them where they walked. He heard the whisper of their breath in the cave system, the echo of their steps... and then a sudden splash.
