And so it was that even as the night sky darkened in earnest, the celebrations continued. Amalia's lamps softly illuminated the area aided by several stars of Safrin's making. The happy couple mingled with their guests until such time that they could no longer keep their hands off of one another they said their goodbyes, leaving the party with hands laced together.

For those who would stay, there would be drinking and dancing and merriment until the sun came up, and perhaps even then some.
