Perhaps Remi might be finding himself surrounded by those he knows infected by the blight, just as Kiada dips through the door with Auni in tow, right when Phoebe is explaining the monsters and what they do and can become, and she chews on the inside of her lip as Auni barrels his way through, making his way to stand before her with a tiny little stick he had found that was his current favorite this week. She doesn’t know where to stand, but she thinks it’s important she’s here — she has the only Luxere that isn’t timid and only around during Deepfrost, perhaps that might be important.

She stands beside Bastien, unaware of what the future holds between the two of them, and she lifts her scarred head toward Remi as she gestures with a trembling hand. “Auni protected me and Caiside when I was out. But he was sick before it and we had all gone. Whatever had infected him was… dark, a horrible invading creature that took control of him until we got it out.” She informs them, though her eyes never leave Remi.

“I want to help. You can study Auni and his antlers if it helps figure out what the light from them does to deter, but I want to be a part of it.” She’s perhaps being a bit more straight forward than normal, but she shoves her trembling hands into her pockets and looks down to the Luxere who stands before Remi with wide blue eyes and a wiggling tail.
