Sam waved to Isuma then listened to Jigano, concern clear in the way his brows furrowed, but he did not tell Jigano to go home and rest. If he insisted he was well...perhaps it was because it was what Sam wanted to believe (not Jigano too, not like Ronin, it couldn't happen), but he wasn't going to argue too much.
