This time around, when Edrei topped off their glasses, the women wouldn’t find the liquid to their liking. Indeed, for some strange reason, the one bottle of good stuff had turned into one bottle of very very bad stuff indeed. In fact, the brew had turned downright noxious, and drinking it would cause the women to almost gag, the taste was so bad. Maybe there’d just been a little bit of the good stuff at the top of the bottle, maybe something had fallen in there, or maybe this was just plan old bad luck. Regardless, they’d be stuck drinking the mediocre stuff for the rest of the night.
