Despite his best efforts, the Launceleyn could feel bile rising in his throat. Although he swallowed it down, he was spending as much effort trying to ignore the foul scents as he was ignoring the gross noises. Therefore he had very little focus to spare. When Amalia’s voice came out weirdly muffled, he frowned, but didn’t say anything. However, when she brought up his magic, he held his hands out to where he could hear and smell the Prince. Turns out the summoner didn’t need his eyes for this after all.
