As much as Sam wanted to run away (he had no weapons, which was a good enough excuse, he reckoned) he couldn't when Rexanna made a dagger just for him and tossed it nearby; he dashed forward to grab it. There was still a moment of hesitation after, holding the handle and looking at the tree catch alight from the attacks of Wessex and Rexanna - then the Fae appeared.
Wessex's shout reminded him he was more than just a casual observer in this event; still invisible he looked over all the Fae then approached quietly behind 'Cleric'. Thinking of how Roana had attacked him in his shop he stood behind the Fae then put a knife to their throat, just enough to let them feel the sharp edge. "Walk backwards." He softly spoke by their ear, taking steps back into the trees, hoping they wouldn't be noticed in the chaos.
If he was successful, as soon as he got into the treeline he would try to hit them over the head with the hilt of the knife, hoping to knock them out.

Sam, invisible, tries to get Cleric to go back into the treeline with a knife (quietly, so the others dont notice) and knock them out!
