The fire works, and she watches as it hits the feline fae, hissing once more under her breath that it had not been the cleric, whose white glowing hands still focus on the tree. She clenches her teeth, continuing to try and wiggle free when she hears the Voice, responding to Sam though they’re all can hear it, and her head snaps toward the tree.
Somewhere in the distance she can hear Sam’s scream, and her focus zones in on the tree, on the command from the voice, another attempt at sending her fire to the tree, praying that Wessex can keep them distracted and she doesn’t grow too tired. After all, she still has her last firework to send, and she tries her hardest to manage the exhaustion she can feel deep within her bones.
Rex sends her flame onto the tree and tries to wiggle out of the grasp again!
