Her mind flits to Bastien and Clemente, taking the brunt of whatever fallout there is.
But with the conversation of Bastien and her own relationship, she shrugs lightly. “I guess we were.” She admits, a dark brow lifting while he draws silent. “And well, you know the rest.” The whole ordeal with Zariah, her Ascension, their marriage. A happily ever after, or at least as close as there could be in a place like Caido.
