Abasi smiled softly, glad that Loren had enjoyed his lesson. He knew he had a tendency to over-explain, to overwhelm people with details that they didn't need to hear in the interests of completion for himself. Perhaps he was just being humoured (especially if the man was after him romantically, something that he did not know at all how to handle), but it still felt nice to be listened to.
At first when Loren shuffled closer he didn't react too much, sure he was just getting comfortable and happened to press next to him; but the hand on the knee...that was harder to explain away.
He took a few breaths in silence, unsure of what to do, then turned to look at Loren (almost jumping as he saw the other man staring right at him too). As much as this was not his area of expertise, he had always been a straight (ha) talker, so he simply spoke his mind: "Are you hoping this will lead somewhere sexual?"
