The blight, especially, since we didn’t know.” She frowns, arms pulling her legs in closer to her. “I’m glad I have you.” A quiet admission though she can’t see him to see how he’ll take it. He hadn’t particularly judged her at any point, not like Jigano had when she had told her she’d Ascended.
