Her answer, whether she knows it or not, actually does a lot to put Peter back at ease, though he doesn't move in closer again. What she does doesn't sound like what he's familiar with. "What about... mo-morality? And... and knowledge?" Her explanation had only kind of been that, and had only brought about more questions.
