Abasi listened carefully, trying to piece together a history of what had occurred from this and Loren's words. It appeared that no one actually knew who was meant to rule, but everyone was well aware of who wasn't. "You speak of this Ronin as if he were the rightful ruler, then? But did he not desert his people? I heard he was an absent King for much of his rule."
