If he’s being honest, he hadn’t expected to be shirtless during this ordeal. But with nothing else to remove the opossums with, he’s left with skin and tattoos on display, muscles rippling and working as he tightens hinges and hangs the cabinets, attaching and affixing doors to them with surprising ease. He supposes the muscles of boxing and the rebellion come in pretty handy when it comes to being, well, a handy-man.
Hotaru’s voice calls out, and he attaches the last cabinet before turning to the cutting counter, steel eyes looking along the room for the pieces she gestures to. But his gaze drifts to Jigano then, right as he tosses the shirt back to him and a crooked smirk crosses his face with his surprise, catching it briefly. “I had planned on it already a lost cause.” Shoulders rise and fall in a shrug, but he adds it to the pile of things to take home, to wash and continue to use.
At least when it came to moving the cutting board and setting it up, he has no sleeves to roll up – and he steps surprisingly light over toward the pieces. He does his best to assist the other man with attaching the pieces, latching them into place and lifting them when required. Then, he helps further reaching for the other side that Deimos has left open, a slight nod given to Deimos when ready to lift, hoping that the two of them can slide it into place.
