It had not lasted long, not when he’d splintered, broken apart at the seams, and became the exact opposite of what they had wanted him to be.
But somewhere within there, he’s still a soldier in a sense. So when he reads the notice board and finds a party gathering to build a barracks, well, he’s willing to help. Once more to shave off that hidden regret and shame at having lost Lusea, to keep his mind away from it if only for a time.
That and he should probably get to know Deimos as well. It seemed he was pretty involved with everything nowadays, and it’s better to have more acquaintances than truly necessary; so he comes to the Sword’s aid. Dressed in pants and a short sleeved shirt, he nods to Jigano upon his approach before his gaze lands on Deimos, his own quiet nod offered.
