The targets have their marks painted, and Sunjata steps back to survey the work. For a moment, he contemplates mixing a few of the colors, to apply faces to the targets, but decides at the last minute it’s probably a bit tasteless to do that. So he places the lids of the cans back on, cleans up the brushes he’d used, and puts them away before he can hear Oliver’s call from the front of the building.
There’s a small spattering of paint that covers his shirt and his arms, but he ignores them as he makes his way toward the doors that Oliver had been trying to hang, to spot the mess that surrounds Oliver, the bandage and gloves he also has. It looks like a tornado has struck the poor man and Sunjata can’t help the slight amusement that crosses his face at the sight as he steps into the circle of destruction. “What happened?” He asks at first, refraining and biting back the light chuckle he wishes to give.
He surveys the door for a moment, realizing that all they really need to do now is clean up the mess and hang the new door and everything should be fine. “Get a broom and I’ll hang this while you clean up.” He offers, looking back to the blonde man with a soft smile and a nod, grabbing a screwdriver and removing the left over hinges, wiping down the doorframe, and then begins to put on the hinges for the new door.
