AsAmalia projects down below, should she reach out to feel the tether connecting her to this mind, she'll feel only the vastness of the tundra as if its consciousness is the snow and ice. Close as they all are, movement is impossible to see now, for that is how large this beast is beneath the thick layers of ice.
Even so, that isn't to say Amalia feels nothing. Instead what she feels is something ancient. Something that moves at the pace of a glacier breaking away from an ice shelf, but possessing all the same latent power held therein.
