At Delphia’s voice, Loren glanced up and gave her a slightly distracted smile. ”I did. Thanks for coming.” He gestured at the chair across the desk from him, then placed his hand on the desk. His fingers drummed a beat as he took a deep breath. "I wasn't sure the message would get to you." Then he shook his head. "Anyway. I asked you here because, well, Oia'i'o told me the souls of the Ascended do not go to your father's realm." He paused for a moment before taking a deep breath. "I was wondering if you knew where they went, and if they could be freed." Lifting up his quill, it hovered over the page as he waited for her response.
