OLIVER
Comfort could mean multiple things and to Oliver: it was what made him feel confident and what he could personally wear for hours on end. While others tended to focus on the latter, he knew the first thing was just as important. Yeah, it's important to not fuck up your body, but it;s also important to remember that you should wear what makes you feel happy and good about yourself. That's what he cared about. "Okay, yeah, I'd be drowning, but it'd be worth it. You gotta hook me up with the place you get those jackets! They're stylish and I know I'd look great in them."
The small smile that formed on the other man's normally stoic expression earned a massive smile from Oliver, once that he simply couldn't hide no matter how hard he tried. "No problem. It's only the start of what I have planned." It isn't a surprise that Sunjata went for the alcohol first. Oliver knew to bring a small amount and to regulate how much the man drank. It'd be a nice companion to the food, hopefully. "Go ahead and poor me a glass." As he spoke, he took out one of the bread loaves and proceeded to rip it in half. It was placed down on a piece of paper to the side of the basket, available for Sunjata if he wanted to take it.
"You should really like the bread, it's fantastic! I mean, I haven't tried Amalia's, but this dude? He makes great bread." Surely Sunjata knew this Amalia. Everyone knew who Amalia was! At least, everyone but him. "The apples should be pretty damn good too. I don't have any meat to offer to Haai, unfortunately, but you and I can feast." As he spoke, he'd hold out the hand that didn't have bread in it to Haai, almost as though he were trying to call her over for some scratches.
