The question of whether he enjoyed it, Sunjata pays attention to. There’s a bit of what he can see from Deimos that airs on the side of not being like his father, and he focuses on that instead of the past thoughts of his own father, even some of the aspects of rulers here too. And so when Deimos mentions that some aspects, he did enjoy, he supposes that it makes sense. He enjoyed some aspects of his princehood too, but he’d never wanted or craved the attention. He wonders if Deimos is similar in that way. And he exhales quietly at the mention that most times he didn’t. And Sunjata would certainly drink to that, and he does so as he raises his glass slightly with a half smile at that.

It was certainly something.

But he tells the Sword of his own lineage of a sort, nodding again when Deimos mentions that he wouldn’t wish it on anyone. A snort of agreement leaves the Korofi man to that, a half smile remaining on his face. “I had almost done it in an effort to dismantle my father’s reign, but never quite got that far. And when they captured me…” He pauses, refraining from adding Lusea, explaining that entire ordeal, he continues. “Tried to get me to submit and do it anyway. Arranged marriage, ensuring the lineage continued.” There’s a huff of a sound that leaves him as he shakes his head, eyes focusing on the glass in his hand. “So I left.

Sunjata speaks with an Australian accent and has a passive magic that makes him produce a subtle scent that matches exactly to whatever those around him most desire him to smell like.
