Deimos’ snort garners some attention, and he smirks lightly to it before he shrugs. A lot of people could understand his reasoning for leaving – how barbaric his upbringing had been, if he has a chance to talk about it. And he rarely… Tries to. He doesn’t want a pity story, he wants the story of the strength he’d had to take it on – to be like Lusea had been as an underdog, fighting with teeth bared to the world. But he hadn’t quite gotten that result, not with the way his noble birth, his name, had made things easier to begin with.
And the fact that despite the things he’d done, his father still tried to get him to continue the line, to rule, the legacy. It was ridiculous.
The question reaches him, and he mulls it over before he finishes the rest of the liquor in his glass and sets it on the table. “If a tyrant came about, absolutely.” There’s a steadiness to his steel gaze as he smiles to Deimos. To fight and fight and fight. As he has once before, as he will again. “But, it’s getting late and I should get going. Thanks for letting me blow some stuff up.” He says briefly, standing and stretching out his arms a small amount. “Let me know when you need some help with anything else, General.” He rumbles with a smile, having joined the ranks, however small they may be.
Then, he grabs his bow and if Deimos has nothing else to add, he slips out the door.
