His attempts to free Lily by cutting away work out and Lily basically collapses into his arms. Dropping the knife onto the ground, Oliver tried to help free Lily from the mud. Once she had been freed, he proceed to still hold an arm around her until she was stable enough to stand. Thankfully, some girl from the kissing game was around to heal Lily, unfortunately, it didn't seem to fully heal her. With wide eyes, Oliver hid a gasp, looking at her shoulder.
"Here, how about we get you somewhere safe. I can help you get to someone who can fix that shoulder of yours after I make sure nobody else needs immediate medical attention." It felt kind of rude to tell her that her situation wasn't serious enough for him to take immediate action, but he also hoped she understood him. Some people could be bleeding out and dying. Her issue wasn't one that was currently life threatening, so as much as he wanted her to be okay, he had to make sure nobody else was suffering far more.
If Lily allowed him to, he'd start to get her to somewhere safe to sit down before moving off to look for anyone else to help.
