"The outer lands are quite lawless...places like Halo have their own..security. Torchline is entirely bought and paid for by the Governor..." She trails off. There is one more place, but Harper's soul is too good for it. He'd not rise to their brand of cruelty, she thinks.
Laughing softly at this, she fixes him with an adoring stare as she shakes her head. "Ahh, but shifts are not up to me. Your soul is...calibrated for them, you might say. What you have the potential to be is already writ there. I am merely a key to open up those doors."
Cooing softly at this under her breath, Safrin considers. "There is nothing specifically I need just now sugar, though I'll keep your name on the tip of my tongue if anything comes up."
Coiling into herself slightly, aware that she is being dangled and strung along and not minding it one bit, she sighs into a smile. "They might...but you need only whisper my name and I'll come to you. The others...Frey and Ludo...you need not bother with them."
