He’s had plenty of things on his mind in the recent months, and the information from Jigano that Adam was learning to read, had slipped from his mind just about as quickly as it had gotten there. But it seems the former Guild leader has learned enough to get a grasp of the note left, from the way that he saunters in, with Coffee by his side – a creature Sunjata hadn’t quite seen before. He’d seen Pim, of course, but he didn’t know that Adam had a companion.
As if on cue, Haai bursts out of her little nesting spot below the rafters in their makeshift dungeon of sorts, darting to the desk while Adam questions Sunjata about what’s in the box as she focuses with bright jade eyes at the dragon, wings spread in excitement.
“An earring of sorts. Found it on the doorstep.” He offers, lifting it up for Adam to see. “And thanks, by the way. Wasn’t sure who else to ask.” He rumbles with a small huff of amusement before he shakes his head and focuses on the items brought, swallowing a bit hard. He’s used to having plenty of needles in his skin – but not exactly through his skin. It was a different experience, but likely the pain wouldn’t last as long as the spread of tattoos that adorns his body.
“Do you need anything else?” He asks, steel eyes lifting to Adam in silent question.
