He tensed, wondering if he'd be hurrying back to heal the same arm a second time as blood was spilled, but Loren shed a badger's claws for a bird's wings and he held his breath in case the bear should catch the goose on Loren's flyby. That portion of the match ended in a draw, though. for which he was quietly grateful.
