Phoebe managed to glance back at Loren and give him an apologetic look. He had offered to officiate despite how much he did not wish for this to happen, so that he was now gagged…well…she would bake him something to make up for any potential hurt feelings.
The midwife nodded to Frey’s question, pulling out Jata’s ring and placing it in their hand. She watched with curiosity as Frey licked it (were the testing to see if it was real metal or not?) then handed them back to their respective people. First Jata placed her rose gold and pink stoned ring on her finger and…well if that wasn’t a sensation! She gasped a bit in surprise, but couldn’t help the small smirk over at Frey. Now she knew what they had been up to. Carefully she placed Jata’s ring on his finger, watching to see his reaction to it.
