Neron pressed his eyes shut. Well if he didn't recognise that sound he wouldn't have been worthy of living in Halo for any amount of time. "You son of a bitch," he said, opening his eyes just in time to see the ningo swoop into one of the chimneys. With a wave of a hand, the poop on his shoulder froze completely, allowing him to swipe it away. It would still leave a mark but at least it wouldn't smear everywhere.
Then he did the logical thing - given that he saw it dive in through the chimney, though not which one, he decided to simply... freeze over the one he'd seen the ningo disappear into. The little fucker wasn't getting out now.
Moving back downstairs from the roof, he glanced about for the rest of the group to check on their efforts.
Neron freezes the opening of the chimney to prevent the ningo from escaping again, then goes back to find the rest of the group.
