But there’s a break in the trees further ahead and he’s sure that he’s close to the place he’d stumbled in upon. “This way.” A quiet response, rough as his mind takes over calculating, ring clinking against the dagger in his left hand.
He guides the gathering a bit further to the right to follow the line to the break in the trees, sure it’s got to be around here somewhere.
