There’s an incredible amount of hunger in the look he gives her, as he searches her, horned head inching closer to close the gap on that string that grows looser and looser the closer they get, sharing breaths. He doesn’t care how much of a mistake it is. All he can feel is her lips on his, her hands on him, her body pressed against his in such a way that when she reciprocates, there’s another quiet hum that leaves him in relief. He guides her through the motions, gentle and soft, slightly deeper as he fights the internal battle warring within himself to not completely give in, to make it enjoyable and kind. His hand leaves her jaw then, wrapping along the side of her neck under her hair, soft gentle strokes along her skin. And she moves closer to him, the edge of a smile felt within the kiss that he deepens slightly, before he realizes he should withdraw.

So terribly reluctantly, Sunjata withdraws, a small playful and gentle nip at her lower lip, pulling away enough to press his horned forehead against hers to search that pale gaze for a reaction, within reach should she want more. His cheeks are flushed and there’s an incredibly soft smile to his lips at that, forgetting everything else aside from her, swallowing her up with his stormy gaze.
