He settles in the chair, arms folded behind him as she approaches, gaze following her until he can’t anymore. But he can feel her fingertips, light and gentle on his arm and he shivers briefly, clenching his teeth slightly. “Your hands are cold.” He offers quietly — and they were compared to the furnace that he was. But he remains silent, letting her loop his hands through the rope that she makes slightly tighter, before her voice is heard over his shoulder.
He tilts his head back slightly, head turning to not hit her if she’s too close with the horns surrounding his head. “From my blood test. It’s fine.” He assures her, giving her a half smile over his shoulder. “It doesn’t hurt. Tie them tighter.” A slight shrug as he makes a show of how loose the ropes are over his wrists, twisting them slightly before he settles again and waits.
He’d offered to prove it to her, and he can’t if she’s hesitant and reluctant to actually try to restrain him. He’s got to prove that he can, wounds or not, even if the feeling distinctly gives him two memories — cuffed before his father in that stupid foyer, and cuffed to a bed by Hotaru’s magic.
