"Yes, I do." It's a simple answer, but there are no strings attached for Harper. He simply does. He has not known Phoebe long but his heart has never needed something as silly as time to endear itself to people. She is deserving of his friendship and so he offers it without question, no strings attached. They sit in silence for a time, Phoebe reflecting or staring into the distance, whatever it is she needs.
