Uh, yeah. First off, he’d heard the stories of cannibals being here. But the view of seeing the bodies laying about, the cannibal with the black fingers reaching for the owl, Adam’s commentary on a fucking finger being in its mouth. There’s a shudder that crosses his feathers as he follows the group. Adam agrees to let Amalia heal it, but Sunjata’s gaze slips toward Deimos and the companions that come in as well.

He doesn’t think it’s worth it, doesn’t think they should waste the healing on the cannibal when it wouldn’t change anything. It would stay as it was, hunting humans in Halo, and that was a danger enough. So he lands, shifting into his panther form, a group erupting his throat at the sight of the cannibal. He’s not worth the healing. He tells them, a pulse of frustration clear from the attuned bond.

End him and leave him with the rest. A final decision, before Sunjata attempts to launch himself at the cannibal, teeth aimed for the throat. They were here for dragons, not saving cannibals who'd likely prefer to turn around and stab them in the back once at its full power.

Haai comes in with Deimos, Sunjata thinks it’s a bad plan and ignores everyone else’s suggestions to try and heal him and attacks anyway in panther form, going for the throat.
love will save you, but it won't save me

Sunjata speaks with an Australian accent and has a passive magic that makes him produce a subtle scent that matches exactly to whatever those around him most desire him to smell like.
