But of course it's too late. By the time she reaches Sunjata there is a spray of crimson and the gurgle of death as a life is stolen- and why? Fury rips through Amalia, changing her feathers to fur and claws as she hurtls herself at Sunjata, a snarl upon now feline lips. Though she is smaller, though she still lacks strength in her hind legs, the girl does not care: she aims to tackle him to the ground, to knock him from the fallen figure who is too far gone to save.
Why did you do that? the girl growls, long horns curling from her forehead in her ire, flames dancing dangerously along her limbs. You murdered him! He wasn't any threat to us, and you murdered him!
Amalia is FURIOUS. She shifts to a leopard-qulin mix and tries to tackle Sunjata and demand answers.
