To go to Torchline with him, all anyone really has to do is ask. He’d look for any excuse to go there, any reason to leave the mud and memories behind of the Grounds in favor for the sunlight and salty sea spray of the ocean. So it’s no surprise that he’d be completely prepared to go with Nate here, to investigate some of the smuggling tunnels, some kind of adventure for the two of them.
He finds Nate in the mouth of one of the caves, and he slips in with his avian form, landing on Nate’s shoulder with a croaky hello – accented to fit his own accent, but definitely far more birdlike. If they’re exploring smuggling caves wanting to fit in, should at least look the part in the end, yeah? Luckily for Nate it doesn’t last long, pecking at a stray lock of dark hair before Sunjata hops off the Ascended’s shoulder to shift into himself, turning his attention to the man beside him.
“Did you wait long?” A cheeky smirk at that.
