Nate stares at his neck, and Sunjata can’t help the bit of surprise that crosses his face with the look. A confirmation, that the bites are gone, and his brows furrow in some small amount of surprise – shocked, really, that the device had worked like that and what kind of implications it might one day have. The Ascended leans in and Sunjata remains mostly in place, hand dropping from the other man as he’s inspected.
He wants to laugh at the idea that it’s pretty useful, because yes, it absolutely is. But when he mentions to test it out a little, and hasn’t moved out of his closeness to the Attuned, Sunjata feels his blood heating with the thought. And yet, it happens so fast, Nate’s teeth are at his throat, sinking in and the feeling returns with such a force that his back finds the wall and his knees shake, a groan leaving him as he reaches for the Ascended to pull him into him. “You bastard...” He manages half between a gasp and a laugh, but there’s a smirk that inevitably crosses his face – endearing and yet, thriving for it – burning yet again in another cave with the man’s fangs buried into his neck.
