Somehow, this time the aim falters a small amount. It’s close, not quite fully there, but as Melita fires the arrow it zooms past the Hel, close enough to single feathers on its way up, before it changes trajectory a bit closer down toward them. Sunjata does his best to keep the hel on track, squawking a quiet sound as the creature flies toward him again and he begins to duck a small amount, giving Melita another chance.
