Josh quietly listened to the instructions from Deimos then nodded, walking to pick up tools and not bothering with pleasantries. He had no reason to try and make nice with any of these people; he went to patch up holes in the wall, but made sure to take a somewhat circuitous route there so he could look into the cells, see how much space was given to each inmate, how comfortable it was. After all, if his experiences on Earth were any indicator, he'd probably end up in a cell himself at some point.
Not at all a DIY expert, he sloppily placed wood over the gaps and nailed them in with shaky hits, the nails not going in all the way. Covered, but hardly pretty. Still, he'd never had much of a mind for aesthetics, so Josh continued on like this for each hole as he came to it.
