If the child had gotten close enough, she would pat her head like her own father did when she was this small. "My name is Delphia Thanatos, and my father is Mort, the God of Death." she said, smiling at her warmly. "Yes, your soul is right here, as bright and shining as any of Safrin's stars." she said, tapping her chest just above her heart.
