In his opinion, the Grounds must have been quite privileged to afford to kill each other and destroy their buildings. Those in Halo could not afford such a luxury without freezing to death or exposing valuable infrastructure to potential invasion by cannibals. Alas then, Rexanna would have no palace - but Neron hoped he had already made it quite clear that she was welcome in this one.
The conversation moved to his recent ascension, and whilst he had not expected quite such a positive reaction, he was certainly not going to complain about it. "And quite honest," he murmured, shrugging his shoulders. The Voice had made it clear that she would not tolerate any further straying of his somewhat mercurial loyalty, and Neron had no intention of letting her down. He raised a hand, manipulating the water droplet between them in turn, though with quite a bit more mastery. He morphed the droplet into a small hoop, before freezing it in the air and reaching out to catch it.
"It is just as wonderful as you had led me to believe, Rexanna," he admitted, unashamed to say it in her presence.
