There’s a hum of amusement that leaves Rexanna’s throat at Neron’s comment of luck. A small nod to that – deciding that she hasn’t been quite that lucky all around… But, regardless, she’s still standing. Somehow, despite being impaled and blinded, broken and limp on Guildhall steps. So she focuses on the fire and water dance between them, swirling the fire in as it chases after the water, aiming to collide and collect more steam.
Her question of how he’s adjusted to not having all of his senses is met with a hint of surprise, masked easily by the smaller smile that crosses her face over the seriousness of the conversation that takes place after. She abandons the fire then with the chase to settle in a small flickering flame hovering nearer to her now, her verdant gaze focused on the Warden of the Citadel.
A nod is granted, albeit a bit slow, but understandably so as Loren hadn’t mentioned anything to her as far as she was aware of. “I was actually going to send a letter out to you and the governor of Torchline, wishing to figure out a way to make it possible.” She hums thoughtfully, head tilting a small amount. “I certainly do approve it, is there a timeframe I might need to ensure my people get here by?” As far as business conversations went, this one was far more important than most.
